Class Info and Certification

Our food safety manager trainings go above and beyond typical training scenarios. Students rave about our instructors who incorporate adult learning methods and your real-life examples reinforcing course material.

A Typical Class Day

Carol H Gilbert Consulting offers monthly classes at the home office in East Earl, PA. We recommend that registrants reserve their class seat at least 2 weeks in advance so that they have time to receive and review the materials prior to the class. The one-day class is designed with idea that participants have already read the book and reviewed the study materials. The class is an overview of the material. We take reservations up to 6 months in advance. Contact us to reserve your seat and make payment arrangements.

All registrants receive the 7th Edition ServSafe® Food Safety Manager textbook plus study materials prior to the class. The materials are yours to keep as future reference.

A typical class schedule is:
● 7:45am – Registration
● 8:00am – Class Starts
● 11:30am – Lunch Break
● 2:00pm – Break

● 3:00pm – Testing Begins
● 5:00pm – Class Ends

A passing grade of 75% is required to receive ServSafe® certification which is valid for five years.
