She has cultivated her genuine love for educating and improving food service operations by offering consulting services and training programs for food service professionals. Kelly’s focus has been business management throughout her career. She brings strong organizational and time management skills to the Carol H Gilbert Office and shares those skills in her training. Kelly has a fun, light-hearted approach to the serious topic of food safety.

Diane brings over 30 years of food service experience to our team. A graduate of Drexel University she holds a BS in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. Her experience as a School Food Service Director and nutritionist bring added expertise and skills in USDA meal compliance.
Dawn is a certified Chef and graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Combined with her passion for child nutrition, Dawn puts her creativity to use, making sure children have access to healthy and delicious school meals every day.
